Kearsarge Regional High School

Each visit is always up for change, not knowing who will be there and what mood you will find. Lucy entered the classroom and quickly ran to a student and put her nose right up to her face. You could tell how pleased the student was to feel Lucy near her.
This morning we were sad to find out, one of the students we have been making such good progress, has moved to another school. So today our work was directed to one student, which meant we needed to change many of the activities I had planned. She doesn’t talk but makes noise and hand movements to express herself. Lucy seems very comfortable with her and that’s what counts. She doesn’t really like to hold objects but will hold the brush a shot time to comb Lucy. She like to smell Lucy’s fur and likes to pat Lucy. Next week the school maybe adding a student from the middle school to join us.
