I visit Courtyard of Woodcrest (the dementia unit) the last Friday of every month. The residents have come to know Little Bee well. The last visit, on Halloween, everyone was gathered in a circle and Bee was passed from lap to lap. The profound pleasure the residents demonstrated holding Bee and patting her soft ears was so touching.
